J. Flores built his expertise across 30+ years in the field — from certified welder, to union boilermaker journeyman, to project foreman. As a foreman, he directly managed major industrial projects for clients like AAK and Benjamin Moore & Co. This deep, hands-on experience in leading large-scale work defines our company's standards: precision, reliability, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Two Master Welders, trained personally by J. in his exacting craft.
